Natalie from the beginning was amazing, professional, friendly and above all easy to work with!
We had to reschedule a few times and it was as easy as a text message to reorganise with no dramas. Nat was helpful and kind and made us all feel comfortable. My kids absolutely adore her and she was so patient with them which made the experience less stressful for myself because she has such a great way with kids!
